The Trident Technical College Youth Apprenticeship Program is a two-year “learn and earn” model designed to prepare students for high-demand careers while still in school. The program combines:

HVAC Technician Pathway
Markel completed the HVAC Technician apprenticeship pathway, which focuses on building practical, job-ready technical skills. The program requires apprentices to work a minimum of three full days per week, allowing them to gain meaningful hands-on experience in the field while learning directly from experienced professionals.
Upon completion of the two-year program, apprentices earn:
