We are pleased to welcome Chad Silva to Cullum Mechanical as a Project Manager supporting our Charleston Service team.
Chad brings 18 years of industry experience, including roles in field supervision, estimating, and project management, as well as extensive experience in federal contracting.
Throughout his career, Chad has served as a superintendent, site safety and health officer, and construction quality control manager. His broad background combines hands-on technical expertise with field leadership, estimating, project management, and customer-focused sales experience.
Chad is known for remaining calm and solution-oriented when unexpected challenges arise. He values teamwork, keeps teams focused, and works collaboratively to identify practical solutions that move projects forward.
Outside of work, Chad enjoys spending time with his daughter. Together, they enjoy exploring on their e-bikes and going on kayak fishing adventures.
