This past summer, Cullum completed the Portside Ferry Wharf construction project, a master-planned community that will include a mix of office, retail, hospitality, and residential spaces in  Mount Pleasant, SC. Cullum was contracted to provide the Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, and Plumbing for the shell and core of a  120,000 sq. ft., five story, class-A office building owned by Holder Properties. It is located at the base of the Ravenel Bridge. The $1.65 mm subcontract awarded to Cullum by General Contractor, Freese Johnson, LLC., included two 20-HP B&G centrifugal pumps, three 30-HP B&G centrifugal pumps complete with Square-D VFDs, two Evapco cooling towers, a plate frame heat exchanger, 40 variable air volume boxes, four electric unit heaters, five Daikin self-contained air conditioning units, Daikin water-source heat pump, two Greenheck exhaust fans, a Daikin outdoor air handling unit, all associated ductwork, diffusers, louvers, and plumbing. #Daikin #mechanicallinstallation #coreandshell #mechanicalcontractor #classaofficespace
