Eastside Medical Center is a building of nearly 43,000 square feet that was built in 1985. For several years, Cullum Services has been maintaining the aging HVAC equipment. This spring the property manager, Brackett Flagship, contracted with the Greenville CSI branch to replace a 30-ton Trane Intellipak, a 20-ton Trane condensing unit, and a roof-mounted air handling unit. Since the Greenville crew doesn’t back down from a challenge, the team of Matt Reeves, Sam Prentice, Jason Nantz, Taylor Allen, Keith Stringer, Kevin Bridges, and even Service Manager Keith Blanton completed the job in the rain.
