Certified by the federal government, LifePoint is the designated Organ Procurement Organization (OPO) for organ recovery services in South Carolina. LifePoint actively provides organ and tissue donor services to 62 hospitals throughout the state. Their Charleston headquarters is located at 3950 Faber Place drive and is managed by Colliers, Inc. The building is conditioned by four Trane Intellipaks, three of which were replaced a few years ago by Robert Wilson and a Cullum Constructors team. When the fourth RTU reached the end of its useful life and the time finally came to swap out and reconnect to the Trane automation system, Cullum Services got the call. The job took place on a weekend and was completed by Danny Moore, Danny Russell, Jimbo Evans, Lonnie Seegers, Jesse Noal, and Robert Clark.
