Jennifer Hall joins us as our Front Office Coordinator, serving as the first point of contact for our office and supporting a wide range of administrative functions. She plays a key role in keeping daily operations running smoothly, from managing supply orders, calls, visitors, and mail, to maintaining records, supporting fleet and fuel tracking, and assisting with office and employee engagement activities.
What are you most excited about in your new role?
Being able to bring new ideas to the table!
What experience brought you here?
I have 15+ years of administrative experience, and what’s brought me here is my commitment to continuously learning, growing, and supporting efficient business operations.
What do you enjoy doing outside of work?
I enjoy crafting and decorating, especially during the holidays, as well as spending time with my family and going to the beach. I also love to travel—I’m currently planning a trip to Alaska and hope to visit Cuba one day.

Emery Rosenbaum joins our HR team as an HR Assistant and will be a key resource for employee support and engagement. Emery serves as a first point of contact for HR-related questions, helps coordinate onboarding, supports recruiting efforts, and assists with maintaining compliance and employee records, all while helping ensure a positive experience for both employees and candidates.
I am excited to learn more about Human Resources, gain new skills, and meet new people every day!
What experience brought you here?
I just graduated from CofC with my Master’s in Public Administration. During the program I took a course in HR and really enjoyed it and decided I wanted to learn more and try it out.
What’s something fun about you outside of work?
I am an artist and work in all types of different mediums, from watercolor to tattooing!

Andrea “Andi” Davis joins the team as an Accounting Specialist, supporting our financial operations and project accounting processes. In her role, she will assist with day-to-day accounting functions, help ensure accuracy in financial records, and contribute to the overall efficiency and integrity of our accounting systems.
What are you most excited about in your new role?
The accounting team has gone through a lot of changes recently so bear with us but I’m excited to be part of the new era, it’s going to be awesome!
What experience brought you here?
I’ve worked in accounting for over 25 years and in the construction industry since 2019.
Favorite way to spend your free time?
I love a good book on the beach or a beer by the fire pit with family and friends.
