Cullum Mechanical is excited to welcome Jason LaCavera as Preventive Maintenance Manager for our Charleston Service team!
With more than 30 years of experience in the industry, Jason joined Cullum in October 2025, bringing a wealth of knowledge and proven leadership to the Charleston operation. His career includes serving as both a Service Manager and Preventive Maintenance Manager, and he holds certifications in Symbio 700 and Edge Leadership.
Jason strives to lead with efficiency and strong departmental organization while continuing to build and strengthen business relationships. A team-driven leader, he is motivated by collaboration and takes pride in helping others succeed.
Outside of work, Jason enjoys spending time with his family, fishing, playing golf, and just about any outdoor activity.
