Cullum Mechanical is excited to announce the promotion of Michell Vanegas from Sheet Metal Mechanic to Foreman.
Since joining our team in August of 2020, Michell has consistently demonstrated a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and an eagerness to learn. Her dedication to the trade and commitment to excellence have made her a valuable member of our organization.
Michell’s career in the construction industry began in drywall before she transitioned into the sheet metal trade, where she quickly excelled. In March, 2024, she completed her Registered Apprenticeship Program, earning her Journeyman Sheet Metal credential through the U.S. Department of Labor, a significant professional achievement that reflects both her knowledge and determination.
In addition to her journeyman status, Michell holds multiple industry certifications, including:
- OSHA 10-Hour Certification
- Aerial Work Platform Certification
- Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) Certification
- Skid Steer Operator Certification
- Compact Excavator Operator Certification
Michell is known for being hardworking, dependable, and a fast learner. She consistently embraces new challenges and has earned the respect of her coworkers through her leadership, professionalism, and commitment to getting the job done safely and efficiently.
