The Columbia office received an urgent phone call to quote a replacement at USC’s textbook warehouse. Within three hours, a quote was in front of the customer. By the end of the day, we had a PO in hand. The order was placed and work began less than a week later. Challenges that were overcome included close proximity to train tracks and power lines.
