3955 Faber Place is conveniently located in North Charleston with immediate access to I-526.  As part of Charleston’s largest office park and only Class-A suburban office park, the building totals 62,626 square feet and is currently 100% leased.  Until recently, the building was conditioned by aging rooftop cooling units, whose deteriorated condition posed an imminent threat to occupant comfort with the sweltering low country summer just around the corner.

The building was recently purchased by Sentinel Real Estate Corporation and is managed by CBRE Group, Inc.,

On an early Saturday morning, our HVAC mechanics, electricians, and installers began the process of removing three old units and replacing them with new Trane Intellipaks.  At 75 tons of cooling per unit, each was large enough to require its own flatbed trailer for delivery.  Limehouse & Sons provided the crane and rigging portion of the project.  By the end of the weekend, all units were securely tied to their curbs, ductwork was connected to the units, power and control wiring were terminated, and the building was comfortably conditioned.

3955 Faber Place totals 62,626 square feet and is situated in North Charleston, which is the largest office submarket in the tri-county area (Charleston, Berkeley and Dorchester counties). At 8.25 million square feet, the North Charleston submarket makes up nearly 31% of the overall Charleston market.  The building is home to C.H. Robinson, HDR Engineering and Windstream NuVox, among others.
