The interior of the existing building was demolished, but the historic facades of the original school building were preserved and rehabilitated. This 66,000-square-foot, 500-student school includes a dining area, media center, multi-purpose room, art room, computer lab, and 16 teaching stations. Work included a chiller, air handling unit, cooling tower, boiler, hydronic pumps, above-ground and underground waste and vent and storm drain piping, domestic water, natural gas, drains, plumbing fixtures, water heaters, condensers, condensate drains, and fabricated duct.
