Cullum Mechanical is pleased to announce the promotion of Kim Markel to Accounting Specialist.
Kim joined Cullum in 2014 as our Front Office Assistant and has consistently demonstrated dedication, reliability, and a strong work ethic. In 2016, she was promoted to Payroll Administrator, a role in which she further expanded her knowledge and impact within the organization. This year, Kim has taken the next step in her professional journey with her promotion to Accounting Specialist.
Kim holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Framingham State University. Prior to joining Cullum, she gained valuable experience in administrative roles within higher education, customer service, and at a building supply company before relocating to South Carolina.
In addition to her hands‑on experience, Kim has achieved her Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) certification, an accomplishment that reflects her commitment to professional growth and excellence.
Kim is known throughout the company for being dependable, hardworking, and always willing to step in wherever help is needed. She also plays a key role in coordinating our annual company events, contributing to our strong culture and sense of community.
Outside of work, Kim enjoys running and spending time with her corgis, Butters and Pickles.
