Cullum Mechanical is pleased to announce Kevin Blystone’s promotion to Shipping and Receiving Supervisor, recognizing his continued growth, leadership, and advancement with the company.
Kevin joined Cullum Mechanical in August 2020 as a Plumber, bringing with him 20 years of experience in the plumbing trade. Throughout his career, Kevin has successfully served in a variety of leadership roles, including Superintendent, where he was responsible for managing projects, overseeing crews, and coordinating operations. His background also includes experience as a Warehouse Manager, providing him with a strong foundation in material coordination, planning, and operational efficiency.
In July 2021, Kevin was promoted to Plumbing Foreman, a role in which he consistently demonstrated exceptional leadership, accountability, and technical expertise. In recognition of his proven performance and operational insight, he was promoted to Shipping and Receiving Supervisor.
Right out of high school Kevin joined the United States Navy where he served nine years as an Operations Specialist, contributing a disciplined, mission‑focused approach to all aspects of his work. He holds multiple certifications, including AWP, CPR, Forklift, and OSHA 30, and maintains a Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).
Kevin believes strongly in dependability and in getting things right the first time, principles that are consistently reflected in his work ethic.
Outside of work, he enjoys fishing, coaching, working on home projects, and spending time with family and friends.
