Jay Barger Takes on Service Supervisor Position in Columbia.
Jay joined the Cullum team in 2024 and brings over 23 years of industry experience. His background includes roles as a Field Service Foreman, with extensive experience in commercial refrigeration.
Jay holds multiple certifications, including Symbio 700 & 800, Mitsubishi Levels I, II, and III, Intellipak Levels I and II, brazing, and medical gas certification. He is also a certified stick and MIG welder.
Known for his positive attitude, Jay is a skilled leader who takes pride in contributing to the team’s success and tackling any task at hand, ensuring each project meets Cullum’s high standards of quality. In his new role as Service Supervisor, he brings strong leadership, fostering teamwork, accountability, and high-quality service execution.
Outside of work, Jay enjoys spending time with his family, staying active with fitness, riding his Harley, drag racing, and being outdoors.
