Cullum Mechanical recently celebrated the retirement of Roy Driggers after more than 50 years of dedicated service to the company.
Roy’s career reflects loyalty, growth, and a deep commitment to customer relationships. Beginning his journey with Cullum more than five decades ago, he worked his way through the organization to become Vice President of the Service Division.
In that role, Roy helped lead the growth and expansion of the Service operations. He focused on building long-term client relationships rooted in trust, reliability, and consistently delivering on commitments. Many customers remained loyal to Cullum Mechanical for decades because of the confidence they had in Roy and his leadership.
His industry knowledge and steady leadership helped shape the company’s long-term direction. The relationships he built with clients continue to influence and strengthen Cullum Mechanical today.
Roy’s retirement celebration also brought together several longtime members of the Cullum team who helped shape the company over the years. Pictured with Roy are Rudy Cullum (left), Managing Member of Cullum Mechanical, LLC, along with retirees Robert Knight, Ray Garner, and Roy Powell, all of whom played important roles in the company’s growth and long-standing success.
