Cullum Mechanical Welcomes Dillon Mote as Charleston HVAC Project Manager
Cullum Mechanical is thrilled to announce that Dillon Mote has joined our Charleston Service team as Project Manager! Dillon joined us in November 2025 and brings nearly two decades of hands-on industry experience, along with a strong, well-rounded background in HVAC.
Throughout his career, Dillon has held a wide range of leadership roles, including Foreman, Superintendent, Senior Project Manager, and Preconstruction Manager to name a few. He has played a key role in building and developing talented teams and solid leadership structures. He takes great pride in organization, leadership, and training at all levels. Dillon is passionate about providing support, fostering growth, and building a strong, collaborative team dynamic.
Outside of work, Dillon enjoys cheering his kids on in their sports, spending time with family, round track asphalt racing, football, boat days, fishing, hunting, and working on old cars.
