We’re thrilled to welcome Melissa Stone back to Cullum Mechanical, joining us in September 2025 as the new Director of Service Operations!
Melissa originally spent over 10 years at Cullum, gaining hands-on experience in administrative functions and serving in multiple roles, including Dispatcher. She then continued her career at Robert Bosch, where she held several key positions over 14 years, ultimately serving as Senior HR Business Partner—bringing a wealth of leadership and operational expertise back to Cullum.
A lifelong advocate for education, Melissa holds multiple degrees—including an Associate in Arts from Trident Technical College, a Bachelors in Business Administration from Charleston Southern University, an MBA from Charleston Southern University, and a Master in Human Resource Development from Clemson University, which she is most proud of.
In her new role, Melissa will focus on enhancing operational efficiency, fostering collaboration, and building scalable processes that support the growth and success of our service operations.
Welcome home, Melissa! We’re excited for the leadership, experience, and energy she brings back to the Cullum team.
