Cullum Mechanical is pleased to announce the promotion of Tracy Rivera from HR Administrator to HR Manager!
Over the years, Tracy has played an important role in supporting employees and leadership through onboarding new hires, maintaining employee records, and delivering benefits information. As her role has grown, she has taken on additional responsibilities, including open enrollment planning, workers’ compensation coordination, and collaborating with the safety department, while continuing to support the day-to-day functions that keep the HR department running smoothly. Beyond her day‑to‑day responsibilities, Tracy has built strong relationships and a foundation of trust with the employees at Cullum.
While working full-time and raising a family, Tracy continues her education and professional development while supporting the organization and its employees. Last fall, she earned her Associate of Applied Science in Management – Human Resources from Trident Technical College. She is currently pursuing her bachelor’s degree in the same field.
Tracy drives organizational effectiveness while continuing to build relationships with both employees and leadership. She will work to ensure compliance while supporting the organization’s overall goals.
Outside of work, Tracy enjoys reading and spending her free time relaxing.
