Scope of work:
The scope of this project included the installation of new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) units, tear off of old roof and replacement with the new roof, and new suspended acoustical ceiling system.

One (1) Mitsubishi ductless cooling-only mini-split unit:

Two (2) Trane Horizon outdoor air energy recovery units:
Twenty-six (26) Nailor model D30RE terminal air units with Cosatron electronic air filtration systems:
Seven (7) Loren Cook ACRU-B  centrifugal exhaust fans:
Four (4) AO Smith EJC-10 water heaters, One (1) Rheem EGSP15 water heater, One (1) Rheem E50 electric water heater, One (1) Rheem ELD water heather, One (1) Rheem/RUUD GBCP-512 Kitchen gas-fired water heater, and Three (3) Kinetics noise control duct silencers.
