We’ve all finally made it back to the office after the “bomb cyclone” and I wanted to let you know that the temperature issues seem to have been addressed! It is a very comfortable 73* in the office and we’re all snug as bugs in a rug. We really appreciate your quick action/attention. Also wanted to let you know that our interactions with Cullum have been excellent. The representative who initially responded on Tuesday afternoon was very courteous and helpful and I’m looking out my window and see 6 Cullum trucks on site and hard at work.
Overall, it’s been a great experience and we sincerely appreciate everything that Ravenel and Cullum have done to quickly and effectively address the issue.
