New construction of a manufacturing facility encompassing 120,000 square feet of conditioned space. Mechanical work included condenser water piping, condensate drains, chillers, cooling towers, HVAC pumps, fans and air cleaners, refrigerant monitor, boiler flue, sheet metal duct, air distribution, vibration isolation, air handling units, and VAVs. The plumbing work included underground plumbing, domestic water, sanitary waste and vent, drains, natural gas, compressed air, plumbing fixtures, and water heaters.
