The work may be generally described as the renovation of an existing terminal for a US Customs security and screening checkpoint. Demolition work included demolition of existing interior features, such as non-load bearing walls, existing floor, existing electrical systems, existing mechanical systems, and other features as needed to accommodate new construction. New construction included new under-slab plumbing, new interior walls, new ceilings, new doors, new electrical systems, new HVAC systems, new roofing, structural upgrades, new luggage carousel, and other features.
