A fast-track eight-month project including the mechanical construction of a manufacturing facility of 200,000 square feet, including 60,000 square feet of office area and 16,000 square feet for the central energy plant. Mechanical work included 3,200 ton chilled water capacity with 24” condenser water piping to cooling towers and 20” chilled water piping and three 3,300 MBH condensing firetube boilers. Mechanical duration was 32 weeks from first installation to chilled water and heating water being operational.
